Corporate video, photographs, technical documentation, project files and departmental archives.
ARCHIVE DIGITISATION IN SLOVENIA · SINCE 1998
We digitise mixed organisational collections: video and film, audio, photographs, negatives, slides, documents, optical media and legacy files. The result can include an inventory, metadata, OCR, a searchable database, an internal portal and a documented handover.
We work in Slovenian, English, Croatian, Serbian and Macedonian. German and Italian enquiries can continue in English.
WHO WE HELP
The same carrier can require a different workflow depending on its provenance, volume, legal context and future use.
Corporate video, photographs, technical documentation, project files and departmental archives.
Council recordings, local history collections, events, photographs and administrative documentation.
Unique or sensitive collections requiring samples, metadata, controlled handling and documented quality checks.
Anniversaries, performances, competitions, oral history, photographs and mixed community archives.
Institutional history, events, teaching recordings, photographs and documents organised for future use.
Programme archives, performances, exhibitions, interviews and production documentation.
MIXED COLLECTIONS
We combine media transfer, scanning, data organisation and documentation into one coordinated project.

Optical media and older file collections transferred into a modern, documented directory structure.
One inventory and handover plan across audiovisual, photographic, document and digital materials.
PROJECT WORKFLOW
A good project begins with scope and naming rules, not with uncontrolled bulk scanning.
We identify carrier types, approximate quantities, condition, priorities and intended use.
For larger or unusual collections we agree a representative test and acceptance criteria.
The material is recorded, labelled and accepted according to an agreed handover procedure.
Capture, scanning, OCR and file preparation follow the agreed technical profile.
Files are named and grouped; inventory data and metadata are added at the agreed level.
We deliver files and originals, a handover record and, if required, storage, a database, portal or integration.
AFTER CAPTURE
Files become significantly more valuable when staff can find, understand, reuse and preserve them.
Find records by year, department, event, carrier, person, inventory number or other agreed fields.
Controlled browser access for staff without browsing raw disk folders.
Search the text of suitable scanned documents and link it to inventory metadata.
Connect the archive with existing registers, websites, internal tools or reporting workflows.
A practical plan for working copies, backups, checksums, permissions and future migration.
Carefully scoped transcription, classification or metadata suggestions with human verification.
INDICATIVE PRICES
Unit prices are indicative. The final offer follows a review of formats, quantities, condition, metadata and required delivery.
Indicative range for standard formats; quantity, recorded duration and condition affect the final price.
Starting price for larger batches; resolution, cleaning, correction and organisation are agreed separately.
For cataloguing, metadata, administration, file organisation and project coordination.
For databases, internal portals, automation, imports and custom technical work.
Professional and unusual carriers, film, restoration, transport, storage media and special handling are quoted after inspection. A project can be divided into phases or a pilot batch.
Every price is shown net and including 22% Slovenian VAT. A taxable business established in another EU member state may be invoiced net under the reverse-charge mechanism after its valid EU VAT number and the applicable conditions have been verified.
CONTROL AND TRUST
For sensitive or unique material we agree the handover, handling rules, access and return before work begins.
We agree how items are listed, labelled, transferred and returned so the chain of custody remains clear.
A confidentiality agreement, authorised contacts and project-specific access rules can be defined before handover.
File formats, resolution, naming, completeness checks and sample acceptance are agreed before full production.
Digitisation reduces dependence on obsolete equipment, but long-term access still requires backups, integrity checks and migration.
Selected work has included organisations such as SNG, ZRC SAZU, ZVKDS and Bank of Slovenia. The exact workflow and disclosure of a project depend on confidentiality obligations.
